You are allowed to move furniture. However, you are liable for any damages incurred to the property during your rental. 

Can I move furniture?

We require proof of business liability insurance for creatives using the space. Contact us for daily insurance recommendations!

Do I need insurance to use the studio?

We do! We have many sheets and comforters to change up the look of your set!

Do you have additional linens?

Your rental begins the moment you enter the space. Please allot for additional setup/breakdown time in your rental. You will be billed for additional time.

Does my rental include setup?

Our studio is 1300sqft and includes three shooting rooms, a hair and makeup station, and a bathroom.
